Pet Policy
Finding a home that you love means finding a home that your pets will love too! Liberty Bay Club Apartments is a pet-friendly community. Your furry family members can enjoy some of the exciting paw-some amenities we have to offer such as an indoor pet spa, community walking paths and pet-friendly (on leash) parks nearby. Liberty Bay Club welcomes cats and dogs and accepts a maximum of two pets per apartment. Although we do not have a weight limit, we do have breed restrictions.
The following dog breeds are restricted: Akita, Tosa Inus, German Shepherd, Malamute, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Fila Brasileiro, Argentine Dogo, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmation, Shar Pei, Wolf American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, Great Dane, Bull Mastiff, Siberian Husky or any mix of the above breeds or half breeds are restricted.

Fees: One-time pet fee of $500 per pet Monthly pet charge of $50 per pet
